From October 2019, Citroen have announced they are removing the entry trim-level from the range and leaving just the highly sought-after Origins Collector’s Edition and the top-of-the-line Flair trim level.
To the end user, this represents even better value in their
hands with the Origins featuring some unexpected additions, reshaping what
people would expect from an entry level model. In short, from October there
will be no new Citroen C4 Cactus sold without:
17-inch alloy wheels
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
Rear parking sensors
Automatic lights and windscreen wipers
7-inch colour touchscreen
Opt for the Flair trim level and you can expect a lot more bang for your buck. Flair trim level includes:
Front parking sensors
Keyless entry and push-button start
Citroen Connect Box Emergency & Assistance system
Active Safety Brake
Speed limit recognition
Colour reversing camera
Citroen Connect Nav (a TomTom based Satellite Navigation system with a three-year subscription for traffic updates).
With the introduction of the PureTech petrol Euro 6.3 (6d) compliant engine, the C4 Cactus Hatch will continue to dominate the family hatchback segment thanks to its economy, comfort and style.
