I would like let you know how grateful I am for the excellent help and advice I have received from your service department lead by Arron Brown. My Citroen C4 had developed a fault with the electric sun blind, resulting in a complicated, difficult and potential expensive repair. Thanks to Arron speaking to Citroen Customer Care, it was agreed that Citroen would fund the work to be carried out. I think that is amazing customer support considering the vehicle is out of warranty. The vehicle was returned to me this morning showing no evidence that this complex replacement had been done and all is now working perfectly. I understand that Kevin McCallion carried out the work. I choose to use Charters because of this level of service, despite having another Citroen dealer closer to me. Once again, thanks to all concerned.
