The Citroen C5 Aircross Hybrid SUV is our first plug-in hybrid model and is available to order today from Charters of Aldershot. It is the first in our electric family motoring range which focuses on true low emission motoring, which will lead us into a 100% electric range by 2025 C5 Aircross Hybrid SUV combines all of the advantages of 100% electric driving without the worry of range limitations thanks to its combined combustion engine onboard for longer journeys.

In your household or workplace, the battery can be recharged overnight (between 4 and 7 hours). If you are equipped with a Citroen Wall box, full charge can be achieved in less than 2 hours. It can be programmed and delayed until a time where electricity rates are at their lowest (off-peak hours) to save your costs. This can be achieved by a simple touchpad in the passenger compartment or via your smartphone on the MyCitroën application.

The new 8-speed EAT8 automatic transmission is fitted to the C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid to ensure a smoother drive and optimal all-electric range and regenerative braking continues to top-up the onboard battery.

Retaining the powerful, robust and energetic personality of the original C5 Aircross, the hybrid edition, there is no disadvantage to driving this low emission vehicle.  There are unique Blue Anodized inserts and highlights around the vehicle to show off it’s electric architecture.

The C5 Aircross cockpit is suprisingly spacious and enviably comfortable with a range of specific functions to the hybrid model

• Customisable 12.3-inch instrument cluster that shows all of the specific information required to better manage your economical journey. Functions include: Powermeter, Charging time, charging speed, driving modes and more
• 8-inch touchscreen that shows driving information such as energy flow management and fuel consumption statistics
• An easy selector to decide on your preferred driving mode: Electric Hybrid or Sport
• Electrochome rear view mirror with an electric running indicator. A blue LED lights up to show that you’re driving in pure electric model.

The Citroen C5 Aircross is known for its Advanced Comfort system which offers an unparalleled driving experience. Through the memory foam seating system and clever suspension (Progressive Hydraulics), the bumps and potholes in the road are soaked up with ease.

ADVANCED COMFORT SEATS

C5 Aircross Hybrid SUV has large seats with backrests. The combination of high-density foam at their core and a 15mm thick foam on the surface, means the softness and easy maintenance is unmatched in any other car on the planet. It is truly the world’s most comfortable car. The front seats also are heated and are fitted with a multi-point massage system for the ultimate ride.

THE MOST MODULAR SUV OF ITS SEGMENT

All of the modular benefits of the C5 Aircross are kept with three individual seats atthe rear, which can be individual moved forwards and backwards. Each can be reclined with ease and their are 5 different and retractiable positions. Each of us are different and the interior of the C5 Aircross ensures that every passenger is comfortable in their position of choice. You can even fold them down to offer a completely flat loading space. C5 Aircross offers 33-litres of interior storage and a boot area ranging from 460-litres to 600-lites.

New C5 Aircross Hybrid is equipped with several intuitive connectivity systems. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available to make your travels more fun, easier and familiar. The Connect Nav system has been especially adapted to suit the hybrid system and not only supplies driver information such as real-time traffic, danger zones information but also where to charge your electric hybrid system and the area covered in all-electric mode according to the level of charge of your battery.
